PowerBuild

PowerBuild is a modern, visually driven app designed to educate and guide beginners through the process of building their own computer setups. With a focus on intuitive learning and clean aesthetics, the app bridges the gap between tech enthusiasts and first time builders.

As the graphic designer behind PowerBuild, I was responsible for developing the app’s visual identity and user interface. I crafted a bold and futuristic color palette featuring deep purples, sleek blacks, metallic silvers, crisp whites, and vibrant blues to evoke a sense of tech sophistication and accessibility. Each design element was chosen to balance technical clarity with visual appeal, helping users feel confident and inspired as they explore PC components.

The design process involved:

  • Wireframing user flows and key interactions for component selection and tutorials

  • Creating custom icons and graphics to represent PC parts in an approachable way

  • Building a consistent UI system that simplifies complex tech information

  • Iterating with user feedback to refine the visual hierarchy and readability

PowerBuild transforms what can be an overwhelming process into an engaging, interactive experience empowering users to learn by doing, all within a sleek, educational environment.
