Black Swan

I created the Black Swan brand identity to explore how visual design can embody philosophy how form, texture, and restraint can shape the atmosphere of a high-fashion experience. My goal was to craft a brand that felt both brutalist and elegant, merging Tokyo’s architectural precision with the quiet discipline of haute couture.

From logo construction to spatial concepts, I developed a complete system that extends across print, digital, and physical environments. The brand guide defines rules for typography, color, and composition using Schwarzkopf and Adobe Caslon Pro to balance structure and softness, and a neutral palette that reflects permanence and silence.

This project taught me how minimalism can communicate power without excess. It challenged me to think of branding as architecture every line deliberate, every space meaningful. Black Swan became more than a visual identity; it became a study in control and contrast.
